Zitru's Terms of Service

★ By commissioning me/buying one of my designs you automatically agree to the terms of service as stated below! not reading my TOS beforehand does not spare you from consequences.★ TOS and Prices may change at anytime. You are only subject to the ToS and prices agreed upon at the time of the transaction.

Commission TOS

General:
★ Please be nice to me. Aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and will result in the cancellation of the commission. I can reject your commission request for any reason, without oweing an explaination.Payment:
★ Commissions need to be paid in full upfront through ko-fi.Useage:
★ The artwork can't be used commercially unless a special agreement was made upfront. It cannot be claimed as your own. Always credit my art online.
If you would like your commission to be private, please let me know!
★ You may finish up/color in sketch or lineart commissions.
★ do not use my work to train an AI engine or in any relation to AI art! do not use as NFTs!Process:
★ Commissions may take a long time to be completed - please be aware
★ I will post WIPs on my trello or upon request send them to you directly. I might also stream my progress on Twitch - please let me know if you are not okay with that!
★ One major revision (sketch phase) plus 3 minor revisions (any time) can be requested, anything else is on voluntary basis.
★ Be not afraid to ask for revisions! I genuinely want to create a piece that you are truely happy with! :DRefund:
★ A full refund is possible before I started working on the piece. After that a refund equivalent to the amount of work not done in possible. You lose all rights to the artwork, after a full refund.

Design TOS

★ Do not resell/trade my design within 6 months after you buy it (gifting is okay).
★ Do not resell the design as is (no extra art etc.) for a higher price than you bought it. Adjust the price according to the value added!
★ Do not claim my designs as your own, even if you redesign them!
★ Please do not delete Characters if you dont intend on useing them anymore (storing is fine)! Gift or sell them or give them back to me.
★ do not !ever! use my designs in AI or as NFTs!★ you may redesign the character however you like as long as you dont use the design for spreading hate or other bad stuff!
★ You may use my designs comercially in small scale (stickers/ other products) please discuss with me for larger projects!
